Having the right people for the right seats
We believe that to be successful the right people need to sit in the right seats and that’s exactly what our team are. Everybody has the ability to do the job but what matters most is that every team member meets our culture values. Each Sevronian might be an individual but together we work like well-oiled machine, reaching goals fast and effective.
I’m adventurous, fun and a little weird. I feel that safety is my life and my vision is to rebuild it by creating the world’s largest safety community called “The Knights of Safety”. I was born and raised in Leyland, Lancashire, England, and I’m still here. I did move to Spain and live in a caravan for a couple of years in the sun, but other than that I love England and missed it too much.
I love playing guitar and piano. I love playing football (amateur), golf (off 23!), sea fishing (or ‘fishing rod holding’, as there are no fish around our shores) and writing music for the world’s first health and safety rock band called “The Knights of Safety”.
Seriously, if you love safety as much as me, get in touch and let’s transform it together.
Head of Client Services
I am originally from North Wales but spent my youth in Liverpool, Carrickfergus and Londonderry / Derry before joining the Army (REME). After 9 years I left to join civvie street and started in Photocopier Sales then IT Sales, IT Recruitment then into Sevron heading up Sales. I have two wonderful kids and one grandchild.
I spend my time out of work travelling, reading and every other weekend supporting my football team despite us not having won anything since 1995.
Head of Customer Support
I grew up in a small town called Leyland where I still work today. I have recently been fortunate enough to move to the south part of the Lake District which is a lovely part of the country. My dad and his wife have just taken early retirement and moved to Devon so I’m is looking forward to the free holidays visiting him and exploring that part of the world.
My weekends and spare time are spent visiting friends and family, exploring the Lakes with my dog, cooking and having a drink or 2 🙂
Expert Sales Manager & Customer Happiness
I have had many jobs, holidays and life changing adventures in my life but working here with our Sevronian team must be said is the icing on the cake. I was born and breed in Lancashire and love every day of my life taking every day as it comes. I had a serious brain injury in 2005 and have suffered ever since with the trauma it brought me but that is where my passion for health and safety evolved from. It still bedazzles me as to how people at home, work and in their social lives feel that they can take their own lives, or others, into their own hands. Love and respect life before it has gone.
Born in Wigan and currently living there. Finished my apprenticeship and love it here. Love to go out on a weekend but love attracting customers to our business just as much. Passionate about The National Home Safety week to help save children’s lives which I am working closely with.
Head of Marketing & Graphics
I started here as a graphic/web designer 7 months ago and now I’m also managing marketing. My job is my passion and this is the first job in my life that I’m excited go to. No day is the same in my role. When I’m not at work I learn to play guitar, go for long walks and educate myself personally and professionally. Staying creative and learning new things is what gets me out of the bed every morning.
Head of Customer Solutions,
Senior Software Developer
I have been working for Sevron for a number of years since graduating and completing my degree in software engineering at UCLAN and am currently Head of Customer Solutions here.In my spare time I enjoy playing video games especially if they are sci-fi related, the last few years I have been going to MCM Comic Con’s and I cosplay some of my favourite characters from shows and movies. If you don’t know what cosplay is google it and check it out 🙂 Along with my geeky side I also go surfing when I can, and have been to Cornwall, Wales and Portugal surfing not professionally though 😀
I’m Carl, one of the software developers. Born and raised in the North West, haven’t wandered too far from the nest, and not adventurous enough to have a particularly exciting history to detail. At University I studied Computer Games Development but I have since become a hobbyist developer in my spare time where I’m also a moderately okay drummer and more and more infrequently enjoy crashing my model helicopter.
Head of Operations and Training Management
I’m a software guru. I train customers
and the team. Everyone I know class me
as a geek. The funny thing is, they’re all absolutely right! 🙂
When I’m not working, I design and build custom arcade machines that revive and bring back the old classic arcade games like Pacman, Galaxian and Track & Field.
I first started working for Sevron on the first of August as an apprentice. At the moment, I am currently a safety data sheet administrator and being trained on the support side. At Sevron, I have made lots of new friends and took part in some amazing activities such as; Tough mudder and Time 2 break free. Since working here, I have become much more bubbly and confident as a person.
In my spare time I enjoy exercise including running and going out with my friends for a few drinks. I also, work part time in a pub on the weekend socialising with new people.
I started Working at Sevron at the beginning of August so I haven’t been here long. I am doing a Business admin course and can’t wait to pass and be qualified.
I am currently a safety data sheet administrator and I’m also training in the support side at the moment. I am from Leyland, The location of the Sevron office. I like travelling and I absolutely Love animals/nature 🙂
Director of team happiness
I come to work with a cheerful mood, happy so see everyone. My job at Sevron is looking cute, sleeping and being petted which helps bring stress levels down.
I usually behave well apart from once peeing in the software team’s office and now they don’t let me in anymore, I don’t know why… In my free time I like to go for walks, snuggle with my mum and chew on my toys or anything that’s has been left on the floor.
Personal Assistant to Dale Allen
Working as a PA for Dale every day is different. I love coming to work to see what challenges are ahead of me, it could be ordering new chairs for the office or researching ideas for our monthly team building event and obviously organizing Dale! I can honestly say I have never worked with a nicer bunch of people and in such a great atmosphere.
In my spare time I enjoy walking my 3 rescue dogs and looking after my 2 pet pigs, geese and chickens – I’m definitely a country girl at heart. I also enjoy interior design, cooking and making jam and chutney from my own fruit trees.
I’m very much looking forward to what new adventures 2017 will bring in both my work and personal life.
Head of Finances and HR Department
Aside from looking after the finances of the business, I also head the HR Department – I ensure all Severonians are kept duly in line and carry out their jobs with the upmost commitment!
I like to think I am fun and approachable, and when I am not in work I am looking after my adventurous toddler and handling everything he can (and often literally does) throw at me. If I have any time left at the end of the day, then I like a trip to the gym to unwind and ease my mind.
