- May cause transient stinging or redness if accidental eye contact occurs
First Aid Guide
Flush eyes immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, holding eyelids away from eyeball. Remove contact lenses if present. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.
Flush contaminated skin with water and remove contaminated clothing. Wash before reuse. Seek medical attention if irritation develops.
Remove to fresh air immediately. Seek medical attention if symptoms appear.
Do not induce vomiting unless directed by medical personnel. Never give anything by mouth to unconscious persons. Seek immediate medical attention and inform the doctor that ethylene glycol has been ingested.

Safety glasses with side shields recommended.
Wear chemical-resistant gloves such as butyl or neoprene gloves for prolonged or repeated contact.
Not normally required where adequate natural or local exhaust ventilation is available. Wear suitable respiratory equipment if ventilation is insufficient.
Wear protective clothing including chemical-resistant aprons and impervious chemical suits when risk of splashing or high skin exposure exists. Cotton or polyester overalls only for light contamination.
